Fred Pensotti

Fred brings more than 20 years of strategic business and team leadership experience to the role of CEO. Throughout his career, Fred has been responsible for financial performance management, including capital raising, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, revenue cycle management, human resources, facilities, and strategic sourcing at companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar publicly-traded and private-equity backed businesses in various industries, offering various perspectives and partnering with business operators to improve operational performance.  He has held CFO roles at the following companies: Landstar System, Inc., One Call, Radial Inc., and Interline Brands.

Earlier in his career, Fred spent time in various management positions of increasing responsibility at American Airlines and then at the global travel technology leader, Sabre Corporation, where he was SVP Finance & Corporate Controller, Treasurer, and CFO of each of Sabre’s three business segments, including Travelocity.

Fred lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida with his family and is an active board member of several professional and non-profit organizations.  He is a licensed CPA and CFA, earned his MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and holds a BBA in finance and international business from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is an avid traveler, skier, and tennis player.
