Gracie Moncibaiz, LPC-S
Hello! I want to introduce myself! My name is Gracie Moncibaiz, LPC-S, and I am the Clinical Manager for Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center in Fort Worth.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor and have been working in the field of Psychology/Behavioral Health since 1998. I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology from New Mexico State University. I have worked with mood and anxiety disorders in various settings from individual private practice to partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings the past 20 years. My passion is in helping others, whether it is kids, adolescents, or adults, to become empowered, to heal, and to develop the skills to manage and succeed in their lives. I feel strongly that we all possess the strengths in life to heal and overcome. Our multidisciplinary approach here at Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center provides a full spectrum level of care to individuals which includes psychiatry, individual therapy, and family therapy. We utilize treatment models such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Expressive Therapies, and Exposure Based Trauma Treatment, and all our therapists are trauma informed. This collaboration of therapies is what makes our treatment approach unique.
My hope is that each patient and their family who receives treatment at Pathlight Mood and Anxiety feels safe, validated, and empowered to manage their symptoms and understand their behaviors, and receives the tools to manage and live a successful life.
