Chief Development Officer

Lydia joined Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in November 2021 as the Chief Compliance Officer, transitioning to the Chief Development Officer in November 2023.  Most recently, she spent several years as an independent Quality / Compliance consultant partnering with psychiatric hospitals and outpatient programs to improve clinical quality, compliance, risk management and process improvement.  Lydia’s approach is driven heavily by systems review, performance improvement processes, and the use of data to measure success. 

Ms. Rudy has extensive operational experience as a leader for organization-wide regulatory readiness in the behavioral health market. She previously held the role of Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Quality for Haven Behavioral Healthcare supporting quality, compliance, risk management, health information management and utilization management. 

In addition to her consulting and leadership experience, Ms. Rudy also has a clinical background and has worked with children, adolescents, and families. Over the course of her career, Ms. Rudy has seen behavioral healthcare through the eyes of the clinician, supervisor, manager and executive. She understands the importance of developing processes for quality, safety and compliance from each of these unique perspectives.  

Ms. Rudy received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado.
