Treatment for Adult Patients
Our adult programming offers mood and anxiety disorder treatment for all genders ages 18 and older — bringing together a highly experienced, multidisciplinary team of experts to address the physical, psychological and social implications of these conditions.
Getting Started with Mental Health Treatment
Adult patients of all genders enter treatment at the appropriate, necessary level of care. This determination is generally based on medical complications, acuity of symptoms and treatment history.
Medical Stabilization for Mood, Anxiety and Trauma-Related Disorders
In treatment, adults receive medical and therapeutic support from a team of expert professionals in the field — addressing complications associated with may mood and anxiety disorders. Therapeutic interventions like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are used to help patients learn to create a rich and meaningful life in recovery.
As patients move along the path of recovery, they can step down among the levels of care within our comprehensive programming. Stepping down to levels of care with more autonomy and responsibility helps patients protect their recovery as they reconnect with their lives beyond treatment: testing their skills while remaining in a structured, supportive environment .
Locations for Adult Treatment
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers some of the same intensity and structure of Residential mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorder treatment while providing additional opportunities to practice recovery outside of the controlled treatment environment during evenings at home or in peer-supported apartment communities.
Pathlight is removing the barriers that can keep patients with mood and anxiety disorders from receiving treatment. Through telebehavioral health programming, Pathlight At Home (our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program) offers the same proven care as our in-person treatment centers.
