Our IOP offers individuals ages 12 and up intensive individual, group and family therapy three to four hours per day, three to five days per week.
Our mental health IOP has been specially designed to provide support, structure and more hours of therapy than a traditional outpatient therapy model. One of the major benefits of our mental health IOP is that you can attend school or work each day and participate in intensive treatment.

IOP for children, teens and adolescents
Pathlight’s IOP offers children, teens and adolescents ages 12 and up the consistency, structure and support they need. Build connections and develop coping skills -- all in a safe and inclusive space.
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness are all emphasized throughout treatment.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) helps with core mental health recovery principles, including:

Our in-person IOP for adults empowers you to take ownership of your recovery so that you can actively participate in your life. To help you develop skills and strategies to independently maintain your mental wellness.

Support for families and caregivers
We strongly value and encourage family involvement within all of our programs. Before, during and after treatment, we will provide family members, friends and caregivers free ongoing education, resources and support groups.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers some of the same intensity and structure of Residential mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorder treatment while providing additional opportunities to practice recovery outside of the controlled treatment environment during evenings at home or in peer-supported apartment communities.
