Dorie Ramey

Dorie joined ERC Pathlight in June 2022 as the company’s first Chief People Officer. Her arrival marked a purposeful shift from a more traditional human resources department toward a talent-centric, strategic differentiator for the organization.

A results-oriented leader with a proven track record for driving performance through people in high-growth organizations, Dorie has a rare combination of business acumen, consultative skills, humility, and compassion that brings out the best in her peers and teams.

Dorie began her career in healthcare consulting with Hewitt (Aon) and Mercer before moving into the corporate space where she held leadership roles with WellPoint Inc. and Coca Cola, before leading total rewards, HR services, and HR technology for Express Scripts. She’s also led all human resources and talent functions for Cotiviti and, most recently, led a people & culture transformation at Nashville-based naviHealth Inc.

Dorie earned a BS in Marketing from Clemson University and an MBA in Strategic Management and Risk Management from the University of Georgia.
