“There’s a lot of reasons why people don’t seek mental health, not the least of which is stigma and it’s okay to not be okay. The more that you talk about it, and talk to whoever you trust, and start that conversation, that’s always a good thing to do”, Landry Weatherston-Yarborough, LPC, Executive Director at Pathlight San Antonio stated during our interview.

Pathlight BH, located at 250 E. Basse rd located in the Quarry area has recently answered the call to help mitigate the growing concern for San Antonio youth by providing mental health services. PBH focuses on mood, anxiety, and trauma- based conditions serving ages 12-17 with the newly added Partial Hospitalization (PHP) program with an added Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program to the already existing PHP, IOP and Virtual IOP available for adults.
