Mental health support groups for alumni, caregivers, and families
Our virtual support groups are primarily clinician-led and exclusively for alumni and caregivers who have loved ones currently or previously in treatment.
Whether you're living with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD or another trauma-related condition—or you're supporting a loved one—you'll find a welcoming space to share, listen, and connect.

There’s nothing to prove here. You belong.
Meetings are private
What’s shared in the group is treated with care and respect. Everyone is asked to honor the privacy of others. Sessions are not recorded, and everyone joins from their own personal space.
Share at your own pace
You’re never required to speak if you’re not ready to. You’re welcome to listen, reflect, or share when and how it feels right for you.
Guided by trained clinicians
Each group is primarily led by a clinician who helps keep conversations respectful, supportive, and grounded.
