AUSTIN (KXAN) — The arrival of April on Tuesday brings with it the recognition of National Stress Awareness month. It’s a time when experts suggest we recognize the impact that stress has on our lives and how we can take steps to manage it more effectively.
Ignoring stress can lead to a variety of problems for our mental and physical health.
KXAN spoke with Wendi Kozlowski about what strategies can be taken to manage that stress. She’s a licensed professional counselor supervisor and the clinical director at Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center in Round Rock.
