Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in Denver, Colorado was founded by a team of leading experts whose goal is to fuse evidence-based findings and innovation to create a comprehensive center of healing for mood and anxiety disorder care.

Offering comprehensive, mindfulness-based treatment approaches from compassionate professionals, we provide a seven-day-per-week Partial Hospitalization Program as well as a three-day-a-week Intensive Outpatient Program to light the path for patients and families alike towards interrupting maladaptive thoughts and behaviors in order to secure a sustainable recovery, and live a better life.

Life at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Denver - 1st Ave

Multidisciplinary treatment teams understand the challenges of mood and anxiety disorders recovery and are deeply committed to guiding you or your loved one to a lasting recovery. Each treatment team consists of a psychiatrist, psychoclinician, family clinician, nurse, case manager, alumni coordinator and other related patient support staff. A full-time internal medicine physician is also available to all patients.

Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center’s comprehensive mood, anxiety and trauma treatment programs are housed in three beautiful, state-of-the art facilities in the Denver Metro area.

    Pathlight's treatment approach is an evidence-based perspective that utilizes behavioral interventions to address behavioral health symptoms while simultaneously seeking to understand the underlying meaning and function of behaviors. Evidence-based interventions are congruent across Pathlight's programming, creating a common language from which to approach treatment.
