
Britt Berg
Britt Berg, M.S. graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies, where she focused her studies on issues of race, class and gender, as well as women's health. She received her Master of Science degree in professional counseling in 2004, where she focused her studies on eating disorders and women's health. Britt is a former Nationally Certified Counselor and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. After receiving her master's degree, Britt spent over 7 years working in psychology and psychiatry research at Georgia State University and Emory University. She has been writing professionally since 1998 and writing for Eating Recovery Center since 2016. A dancer and former yoga instructor, Britt is passionate about mind-body-spirit healing, particularly the healing powers that can be accessed through movement, meditation and the creative arts. Britt’s hope is that all people can find a path in life filled with meaning and purpose, to leave the world in a better place.
