I’ve been working as a registered dietitian since 2020. I received both my BS in Dietetics in 2019 and my MS in Nutrition in 2020 from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. I previously worked in an acute care hospital, but in spring of last year decided to make the transition to eating disorder treatment here at ERC. I was intrigued by ERC because of how closely their nutrition philosophy aligns with my own – ALL foods fit! I consider myself an anti-diet dietitian and fully believe that everyone lives their best lives when viewing all foods as permissible. ERC has been such a wonderful place to work; The team collaboration here is something I really value and the focus on family-based treatment is so, so important. The insight, education, and flexibility I’ve been given here is paramount and I could not have asked for a better team to work with on a daily basis!
