Lea Weber earned her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington. She began her career counseling clients experiencing homelessness and helped to house more than 250 young adults in the Seattle area. Lea is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT, and RO-DBT) to assist patients of all ages in a healthcare/mental health setting as a primary therapist.

Lea joined Pathlight in 2021 to be part of a team that provides excellent mental health services to patients in need of higher levels of care. She believes in a strengths-based approach to mental health therapy and case management that facilitates the achievement of client autonomy through advocacy, service connection, resource navigation and continuity of care. She strives to individualize patient care to meet the specific needs and goals of their treatment plan.

In her spare time, Lea enjoys many outdoor sports including running, hiking and skiing, as well as playing gigs with her rock band around the Pacific Northwest and traveling.
