Paige is dedicated to fostering communication and understanding between youth and parents, with a focus on creating supportive environments for mental health and growth. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and warmth, incorporating lightheartedness and play into her practice to support healthy youth development.
Paige originally earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from the College of Charleston, intending to pursue medical research. She worked in a laboratory focused on novel treatments for substance use before exploring other passions, including sustainable agriculture and becoming a yoga teacher. Ultimately, she was drawn back to her roots in psychology, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Carolina University and later completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Oregon Health & Science University.
Her clinical background includes experience as a nurse in secure inpatient, sub-acute, and residential child and adolescent psychiatric programs. During her doctoral training, Paige completed practicums in a range of treatment settings, including child and adolescent inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs, as well as adult psychiatric emergency services. She intentionally sought training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which continues to play an important role in her therapeutic approach.
Paige is an active member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and pursues ongoing education to ensure she provides affirming, high-quality care to transgender and gender diverse clients.
Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with her partner, their chihuahua, and ragdoll cat. She can often be found walking Seattle’s stairwells, cooking, practicing yoga, and slowly learning Spanish.
