Pathlight WA Alumni In Person Support Group
This support group takes place every Tuesday at 6:00pm PT and is open to alumni of Pathlight programs looking for support on their mental health journey.

- 3rd Tuesdays of the month - Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Bellevue
Location: 1231 116th Avenue Northeast Suite 370, Bellevue, WA 98004
The group is a friendly, safe, and supportive place for Pathlight alumni to share information and experiences. You can connect with other people experiencing anxiety and depression and related disorders, ask questions, and learn tools to care for yourself and others. This group is also open to current IOP/VIOP patients as long as it doesn’t interfere with program.
Participation in the groups is in person, alternating between our Seattle and Bellevue Pathlight locations, and there is no cost to attend. You will receive confirmation with the building address and parking instructions to the email provided during registration.
Support Groups at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center
Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder or your mental health, we believe that with trusted, expert support and community connection, healing is possible. Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center offer multiple free support groups led by trained facilitators for those who need some extra support. These groups are available for alumni, community members and families.
Our support groups are offered virtually with some in-person options across the nation.
Note: In order to offer virtual support resources to as many people in need as possible, we ask that you attend up to two support groups per week. The size of our group may fluctuate from week to week. Any group that consistently has 20 or more attendees is evaluated by our team to ensure all participants are able to have a positive experience.
We are excited to connect with you!
