Biography
Nic Coppage, MSW, RCSWI (pronouns they/them) is a registered clinical social work intern specializing in eating disorders and LGBTQIA+ issues. Nic received their master's degree in social work from the University of South Florida. Nic's experience includes working in a shelter for the unhoused, working as a helpline therapist and group facilitator at The National Alliance for Eating Disorders, and working as a private-practice therapist. In addition to their professional experience, Nic has lived experience with an eating disorder and uses their recovery as a driving force of their clinical work. Nic has a passion for integrating social justice into their clinical work and places an emphasis on intersectionality in the recovery space.
