Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center (Pathlight) Austin specializes in the treatment of mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders for adults of all genders. Here at Pathlight, we understand the ups and downs associated with anxiety, mood and trauma-related disorders. Some moments are OK and others feel dark, painful and hard.
Mental health is a complex and individualized experience. Treatment should be tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each person. All programs at Pathlight are led by a multidisciplinary treatment team of compassionate, caring professionals who approach your distinctive needs with this in mind.

Pathlight Austin’s Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Intensive Outpatient program is a flexible treatment program that allows patients to work, go to school, or care for children during the day and sleep at home at night.
