Levels of care offered

Partial Hospitalization
Develop lifelong recovery skills in a safe, structured and supportive environment in our partial hospitalization program (PHP). A well-rounded curriculum offers you opportunities to practice interactions and address challenges. PHP takes place seven hours a day, five days a week at Pathlight Fort Worth.

Intensive Outpatient
Take ownership of your health in our intensive outpatient program (IOP). This flexible treatment program allows you to work, go to school, or care for children during the day and sleep at home at night. IOP takes place three days a week, three hours a day at Pathlight Fort Worth.
Get the right support at the right time
At Pathlight Fort Worth, you’ll work with a highly experienced therapist and psychiatrist in our PHP. Your same care team will be by your side when you step down to our IOP level of care.
PHP for adults
Adults (age 18 and up) in our PHP will:
- Participate in programming five days per week: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Meet with therapists three times per week. This includes two individual sessions and one session with family members.
- Engage in group therapy. Our groups are small (12 people maximum) to ensure that you can meaningfully engage with peers and staff. These group sessions help patients practice what they learn in individual therapy in a safe and supportive community setting.
- Find trauma-specific support. We have therapists who are certified in trauma as well as substance use and related disorders.
- Access additional experiences. We incorporate art into our programs. We also have a medically and therapy-trained support puppy on site.
IOP for adults
Our IOP offers care to individuals who are ready for more independence and flexibility. Programming Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Need help with an eating disorder?
We also offer eating disorder treatment as a secondary diagnosis. If you need support for disordered eating, we can refer you to our colleagues at Eating Recovery Center (ERC), a national leader in eating disorders care. ERC has recovery centers offering multiple levels of care throughout Texas.

The hotel is located just minutes away from our center. We also provide transportation assistance to take you to and from treatment.

Where is Pathlight Fort Worth located?
Pathlight Fort Worth is located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Our address is 4200 S. Hulen Street, Suite 436, Fort Worth, TX 76109. Our offices are located in a historic bank building. We are less than 10 minutes away from Texas Christian University and within a half-hour drive of AT&T Stadium in Arlington, where the Dallas Cowboys play their home games.

We offer free, virtual, trained facilitator-led, peer support groups to help you address any posttreatment concerns. Alumni, families and community members are welcome to attend.

We limit group sessions to no more than 12 people. We keep our group sessions small to encourage involvement and participation by all group members.
